
Organic and Raw Fire Cider
Fire Cider has been around for longer than we know and we don't actually know who came up with the initial recipe. Here is out spin on the classic. Ingredients: (all organic and raw ingredients) Organic, raw apple cider vinegar with the mother, Horseradish, Peppercorn, Turmeric root, Ginger root, Onion, Garlic, Jalapeño pepper, Cinnamon (Ceylon), Lemon, Jalapeño peppers, Oranges, Lime juice, and Rosemary leaves. IF sweetened and flavored: Elderberry, Blueberries, and Raw Organic agave nectar or Raw Local Honey Available in 16 oz bottles or 32 oz jars. Instructions: Consume up to 1 shot (1 oz) per day as needed. If you are taking it to prevent sickness once or twice a week then follow up with water. You can also add it to juice to make more palatable. If you are sick take a shot (1 oz) every couple hours.
