The keeper's quarters at the base of Bodie Island Lighthouse is dwarf next to the size of the lighthouse, on this beautifully cloudy sunset. This little house originally served as the residence for the light keeper at and their family, who were responsible for maintaining the lighthouse and it's light before automation.
