Maple Glow Card by Nan Onkka

This A6 (4.1" x 5.8") blank card features an image from an original woodcut print by Nan Onkka of Grand Marais, Minnesota. The card includes a coordinating white envelope. The greeting cards are printed locally in Minnesota at a green certified printer.   Nan Onkka is a printmaker who lives on Minnesota's north shore of Lake Superior. She creates woodcut prints inspired by the lakes and woods near her home. Nan holds a bachelor's degree in Studio Art from St. Olaf College and a master's of Art Education from Boston University. Nan began selling her artwork as a hobby in 2016 while working as a high school art teacher. After having her first child in 2018, she decided to become a full-time artist in hopes of pursuing her printmaking while spending more time with her son. She sells stickers, greeting cards, calendars, giclées, and more created from her woodcut images. Beyond art, Nan enjoys canoeing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two young kids. Find more Nan
