Virtual Group Class for 5/14/25 at 4:00pm Pacific (5:00pm Mountain, 6:00pm Central, and 7:00pm Eastern) Time You'll need to prepare a 16x20" (or larger) split white/black canvas (photo shown above) with Liquitex Black Gesso and let it dry completely before we start. We'll be using liquid White as the base coat in the white section and Liquid Clear as the base in the back section, along with a few colors listed below. We'll also be using liquid White for highlights. We will prepare the canvas together as a group and then paint the Oregon Coast Seascape scene pictured above. Colors - Alizarin crimson, Prussian or Phthalo blue, midnight black, Dioxazine Purple, Sap Green, yellow ochre, Madder Carmine, Cadmium Yellow, and titanium white. Brushes - 1" and 2" brush for blending. A few fan brushes, a palette knife, a round brush for bushes, an oval brush for highlights, and a liner brush. I don't think we'll need much else. We all link up via an app called discord. It's a big chat room w
