2021 'Pali Vineyard' Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir

Our Sta. Rita Hills estate, shaped by ocean breezes and sandy soils, has excelled in terroir-driven winemaking since 2015. Our 2021 Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir showcases the vineyard's capacity for high-acid, flavorful grapes. Crafted using the méthode champenoise, it undergoes meticulous processes including foot-crushing, barrel fermentation, and bottle maturation for 14 months. The result is a mesmerizing rose gold sparkling wine with a bouquet of ripe strawberries, brioche, and rose petals. Luxuriously creamy with vibrant effervescence, it reveals notes of crisp apple, pear, raspberry, and citrus zest, culminating in a long, fulfilling finish with distinct minerality and subtle almond nuances. Each sip reflects the refined flavors and dedicated craftsmanship defining this exceptional sparkling wine.
