Custom Compounded Prescription

Your custom compounded prescription is uniquely crafted to your medical needs,  skincare goals, and scalp health needs . Our formulations respect the balance of a healthy skin microbiome and can treat acne, aging (fine lines & wrinkles), discoloration (dark spots/melasma), eczema, hidradenitis suppurativa, rosacea, hair loss (including male and female pattern baldness, alopecia areata), dandruff, seborrheic psoriasis, and scalp sensitivity or dryness. HSA/FSA Eligible What to expect: You will be asked to fill out a health survey and securely submit pictures. A clinician will evaluate your responses, and our medical team will formulate your customized prescription. Then, your custom Rx will be mailed directly to you.Note for subscriptions: 3-shipment minimum. Orders are sent monthly, but can be adjusted to every 2-3 months with a request to us via chat or support@parallelhealth.io.
