Bears & Hive & Bees ~ Pictorial Shrine Amulet

Two Medieval Woodcut bears flanking a beehive under stained glass is the focal point of this handcrafted, one of a kind necklace.   50% of the sale of this Amulet will be donated to Defenders of Wildlife. Found image under hand cut streaky amber stained glass, set within a highly detailed clay frame.  Hand painted with an Italian rust red accented, antiqued gold finish. Adorned with a complementing collection of amber, glass flower, iridescent glass beads, and golden bees hanging from a chain. Pendant is @ 1 1/4 inches at widest, @ 2 1/4 inches long including beads. Necklace measures @ 20 inches long but can be worn shorter. (length can be adjusted upon request when purchased).    Parrish Relics are one of a kind and handmade in my studio at Frog Hollow. Time and care is spent collecting tiny images that I find inspiring and captivating ~ Clay frames are formed around glass to pay tribute to the beautiful artwork they celebrate!
