King Cophetua Ouroboros ~ Edward Burne Jones Pictorial Shrine Amulet

The King, surrounded by an Ouroboros, a detail of "King Cophetua and the Beggar Maid" by Edward Burne Jones is the focal point of this handcrafted, one of a kind necklace.   in celebration of the Burne-Jones Exhibition at Tate Britain! Found image under a vintage glass crystal cabochon, set within a highly detailed ouroboros clay frame.  Hand painted with an antiqued gold finish. Adorned with a complementing labradorite teardrop bead. Pendant is @ 7/8 of an inch wide, just under @ 1 3/4 inches long including bead. Elegantly draping necklace is accented with labradorite and measures @ 28 inches long but can be worn shorter.
