Herman J Weimer - Field White

A bright, dry white from one of the region’s most respected producers. This field blend shifts slightly each year, often including Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Chardonnay from biodynamically farmed vineyards along Seneca Lake. Light on its feet and low in alcohol, it’s quietly complex but made for everyday drinking. A good bottle to have on hand, whether for a weeknight dinner or a slow afternoon with friends.
