Stilt Cover Leg Cuffs - Costumes for Stilt WalkersStilt Covers - Black with Dalmation Matte 53.5" length ONLY 1 set available of these cuffs! The fabric of these leg cuffs is stretchy.The fabric is very lightweight matte spandex, no sheen, it is best used as a base layer. Product Measurements: 53.5" total length18-23" upper elastic29" at foot area (approx halfway down the length)32" bottom cuff NOTE:  This set of covers should be used with kids sized stilts only due to the foot area measurement of the fabric. Spandex fabric does not unravel and has a tendency to bunch up and get wavy when hemmed so PegStilts.com spandex products are left unhemmed and can easily be cut to a shorter length IF desired. IF you need to shorten the stilt covers by cutting:  Add a drop of permanent fabric glue to the serged stitch on the interior of the cuff to keep it from unravelling after you've cut to desired length. FABRIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS: DO NOT IRON OR MACHINE DRY Gentle Machine Wash or Hand wash.
