Here's a gentle reminder to nurture your own inner rhythms that bring you life.  Finding the right shapes and colors for abstracts can be difficult, but this one just clicked. I painted with my hands, with sticks, and with the music blasting.  The painting can be hung either horizontally or vertically. I can imagine it on a living room wall or above the bed. This original painting is painted with natural pigments, such as limestone, sand, charcoal, coffee, brick, inks and even a dash of pepper. It is mixed with an acrylic medium to seal in the colors.
