Price Per Pound: $20 / lb This starter share of bulk beef includes a representation of cuts from the whole animal and will feed a family of two for about 2 months. You’ll get to enjoy a little bit of everything including our best-selling steaks, comfort cuts and roasts, and other incredible, nutrient-dense parts of the cow. Our animals are humanely raised on healthy soils and are completely grass-fed and finished. Our very own staff butcher works with our USDA processor to cut and pack your order. What is delivered to your door is the very best that each animal has to offer - from nose to tail!  How does payment work? You can pay the 50% deposit here right now, then we will charge you the remaining balance once your beef is ready. We will let you know two weeks before your beef is ready.  What you get (30 lbs of beef): With the purchase of this package, you can expect the following approximate break
