Grodan®, Grow-Cubes™, Small 1/2" Loose Cubes (2 cu. ft.)

Grodan® Grow-Cubes™ 2 cu. ft. Bag Grow-Cubes™ are small loose 1/2" (0.5 inch) cubes of stonewool. Advantages are better aeration, maximum drainage so that you can hardly ever overwater your plant, easy mixing with other loose media (such as expanded clay rocks or coconut fiber), lightweight and much cleaner than peat-based media. The properties of Grow-Cubes™ make it like a 50/50 mix of absorbent to repellent stonewool. Why use Grow-Cubes™ for Plant Propagation (Advantages & Highlights) Grow-Cubes are small 1/2” cubes of stone wool (stone wool). There are several advantages: Grow-Cubes stack on top of each other leaving air space in between them this promotes root growth. Each cube has four surfaces from which excess water can drain.
