It is natural citrine (NOT heated amethyst) from Democratic Republic of the Congo. The formation is known in the metaphysical community as “kundalini quartz”—it is smoky citrine with phantoms, in a pineapple quartz formation. There are several cloudy interior phantoms, a hallmark of this formation. This very large cluster features lovely warm smoky-yellow color, with good interior clarity.
