Frankfurter Kielbasa

Our newest homemade kielbasa blends the smoky goodness of traditional Polish kielbasa with the flavor of old-world frankfurters! Perfect for grilling, pan-frying, or simmering in stews. Serve it on a bun with mustard and kraut, slice it into pasta dishes, or enjoy it solo with your favorite sides. Made with 100% pork in a 32-35mm thick casing, then gently wood-smoked into 9" long links. A finer grind than our other kielbasa. One ring is approximately 1.3 lb.
