Uncured Kielbasa

This all-natural, uncured, premium kielbasa is proudly made without added nitrites or nitrates and tastes amazing! Fresh coarse-ground pork is flavored with salt, pepper, garlic, and spices and stuffed in 10" long rings of 36-38mm thick natural casings. Naturally wood-smoked with a beautiful dark mahogany color. Best served cold. One ring is 1.25 lb. All natural. No preservatives. No nitrites or nitrates added (except those naturally occurring in celery powder). Keep below 40°F at all times.
