Cookie Monster Cake SLICE!

One slice of our cake flavor of the month: Cookie Monster!  Three layers of moist vanilla chip cake frosted with brown sugar buttercream, covered in mini chips, and topped with a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie piece. 100% vegan! Contains wheat & soy.  Store your slices in the fridge and let them sit out on the counter about a half hour to an hour before digging in for best taste! If you won't be eating them for a couple of days, plastic wrap the box (or transfer to an air-tight container) and store in the fridge or freezer. If kept air-tight, slices will stay fresh for 5-7 days (or up to one month in the freezer).
