Polaris Xpedition Vented Lower Doors Inserts

Looks Awesome Made from .062 thick Aluminum Powder coated Xpedition colors CNC Laser cut All Hardware is supplied 2 or 4 door available Back block off is removable AJK Offroad has designed Vented Lower Doors Inserts for the Polaris Xpedition.  These lower doors are a 3 pcs design,  The outside frame, the hexagon mesh and the back washer plate.  The hexagon mesh is able to come in multiple different colors from your selection above. We designed our Polaris Xpedition Lower Doors to bolt in to your factory doors.  With our Polaris Xpedition Vented Lower Doors you will need to cut the opening in the factory doors.  We have designed these to fit in the center of your lower door and you will just need to cut out the inlay of your door.  After you cut the inlay out you will need to drill a couple holes through your factory door and use the supplied hardware and bolt our doors to the factory doors.  Our lower doors are CNC laser cut from .0625 thick aluminum and then powder coated black.
