This intriguing blend of 72% Riesling, 16% Chenin Blanc and 12% Chardonnay hails from the Cienega Valley in California's San Benito County. Farmed organically on calcite soils (a type of limestone) and fermented with wild yeasts, this was aged in barrel on fine lees to bring a lovely sense of breadth to the wine. Fresh, bone dry, mineral and very textural on the palate.
