This racy, sassy, organically farmed Mosel Riesling is bone-dry in style and was made by Herbert Weis, a former marathon runner who merged his family winery Weingut Weis with the Erben Von Beulwitz property in the 1980s. Classic and full of finesse, this is lean, clean and beautifully chiseled, showing zesty pineapple, granny smith apple and citrus flavors backed by textbook petrol aromas.
