Hellena Australian Premium Canned Abalone in Brine (2pcs) 427g

Origin: Australia  Characteristics: Hellena has no added preservatives and no colorings. It is excellent to use for braising, stir frying or in soups. To serve warm, slice abalone, heat a wok or large skillet over high heat, add minced garlic and some of the brine, cook sliced abalone until softened. Alternatively, some prefer to heat the unsealed canned abalone and use them when they are just slightly heated through and add them at the end of the cooking. They can also be cut into slices and served cold.
