
Bour-dew Pizza
PEPPADEW PEPPERSBOURSIN GARLIC & HERB CHEESE SPREADSMOKED MOZZARELLA & PROVOLONERED SAUCETHIN CRUST ITALIAN PARSLEY This pizza is simply a marriage between two of my most favorite pizza toppings. It's like when a kid makes their favorite toys kiss, but I'm an adult and I play with food. The beautiful, precious Peppadew Peppers pair so perfectly with dollops of creamy garlic & herb Boursin cheese. I finish this pizza with Grande's smoked mozzarella to give all this brightness a velvety bass note. I don't find these peppers to be spicy at all, but some folks might. I think they're more bright and sweet than anything. Hope you love this one! Note: The pizza photo we used the gold peppadews. Yours will have the red variety -- no change in the totally bodacious flavor.
