Tender pieces of chicken smoked for us by Beck's Meats, coupled up with crispy smoked bacon all nestled into a sweet honey bourbon BBQ sauce. But the real shining star is somehow the cheese! Our local cheesemakers at Grandé have a new smoked mozzarella that's so wonderful. We have some real artisans in our community. We're so lucky to live where we do.
