Salt and Pepper Lozenge Diamond Engagement Ring This engagement ring features a .64 carat semi-translucent salt and pepper lozenge shaped rose cut diamond. The diamond is a top quality, all-natural stone that has not been heat treated or enhanced in any way. There are three GHSI white brilliant cut round accent diamonds set into the ring band on each side of the lozenge diamond for that extra sparkle!
