No returns, no refunds. If you're local, you can swap out a spool if needed. These are spools from our manufacturing rejects, and they did not meet our production standards. These are spools that we typically print with internally, but we've accrued more than we can use. If you have questions, please post them on discord (discord.polarfilament.com) before ordering. We attempted to make a "Champagne" PETG, but nobody liked it. Some have sparkles, some don't.
