I have many of these great birds in my egg production flock at Polaris Farm. I call them my "Zero Drama Chicken". They are calm, healthy, never fight, and lay an outstanding amount of eggs. The Blue Sapphire Plymouth Rock is another beautiful color variation of this classic breed that is made by crossing a Barred Rock with an Andalusian.  They are excellent foragers and not broody.
