Sassos fit somewhere between the Jackie Red Ranger and the Freedom Ranger. They are athletic, multi-colored, and well-suited for free-range style raising. They are heavy-bodied, with long keels, plenty of meat, yellow skin, and great flavor. This broiler reaches a weight of 5-6 pounds in 9-11 weeks. Straight Run Only
