One-of-a-kind locket ring is set with a FABULOUS rare ruby star sapphire in sterling silver with chonky little 18k gold pebbles in an oxidized, matte finish. The locket has a hidden/secret screw-top lid (righty-tighty). The base of the locket is the size of a NICKEL (21mm) and 1/4" high. Holds small pills, herbs, mementos, and more.
