Shades Of Mauve (Madlib Invazion)

Shades Of Mauve is a Limited Edition release in collaboration with Madlib. It contains 15 original compositions with the intent of not only being sampled for music production but also, for Television & Film sync, as well as for your listening pleasure. Words By Egon - "Madlib suggested Mario for the series, and I thought it was a pleasure to get to know him and his strong chops and work ethic over the course of he and Lauren's production of this album. To me, it has shades of the coolest of the French library and library-adjacent albums of the 70s, from Cortex to Godchild. The music had to be great and able to be presented as a stand alone alnbum - like the best "Music Library" releases of the past, on labels like Italy's Sermi, France's MP2000 and the UK's DeWolfe. And, like those albums, the music had to work easy, one-stop clearance for background cues in film and television production and, as producers have been indulging since the 1990s, for sampling.  THIS IS THE WAV FILE VE
