Dwarf Giant Papyrus, is a popular choice with water gardeners. An excellent marginal plant, it looks like Papyrus, but is much shorter and compact, making it easier to maintain in smaller water features. The mop-like heads grow 10" to 12" across and the plant stands 30" to 36" tall.
