An elegant, early Art Deco, diamond cluster ring with Edwardian sensibilities, modeled in 18k white gold with a platinum top. This glamorous, low-profile ring covers the finger like a rounded, tapering shield. It features lovely, hand-pierced decor, that covers the shield-like ring face from edge to edge— the central decor element, here, is a shapely fleur de lis. A trio of chunky old mine cut diamonds are set, horizontally, in bezels, at the center of this fleur de lis, and a bevy of bead-set OMC and single cut diamonds add sparkle to the ring's broad, white face. All cutwork edges are finished with a fine, lively milgrain. This ring is extremely flattering in wear!  Marked for purity. CTW is approx .80 carats. The three primary diamonds are approx .15-.17 carats each.  Materials 18k goldPlatinumDiamond Age c. 1920 Size US 8.
