A Victorian era cluster ring, modeled in rosy 14k yellow gold, whose primary gem is a .85 carat old European cut diamond (H, VS2). This central diamond is beautifully cut, with an open culet that reflects repeatedly in the stone's crown facets, creating a striking Kozibe effect! It is surrounded by a halo of eight smaller OEC diamonds, and a second "satellite" halo of yet smaller old cut diamonds— these smallest gems give the cluster the appearance of a snowflake, or star. These old, hand-cut diamonds are well-matched, white (H/I), very clean (VS), and they are set in the most charming beaded prongs! The ring's shoulders are collared, and its half-round shank tapers toward the base. This is low profile and a real stunner! It would make an outstanding engagement ring.
