750mL, 6.9% ABV Calaveras County gets its name from Spanish explorer Gabriel Moraga, who found a pile of skulls around a bend in the river and named it Rio de las Calaveras, the River of Skulls. Between our Mediterranean climate and the abundance of local Spanish influence, it only made sense to make a Spanish-style sidra. With sharp local apples and a touch of oak, we hope you enjoy our homage to the classic Spanish cider. Notes: peat, orange peel, flint, wood smoke Drinking Instructions: Store upright and chill for 3 hours before drinking. Bottle contains natural sediment at the bottom. Drink in wine or tulip glass within 6 months of purchase IF YOU'D LIKE TO PURCHASE THIS CIDER AND ARE OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA, PLEASE ORDER IT HERE
