Cabernet Sauvignon Côtes de Bourg La Grolet 2022 is produced by Château La Grolet, a biodynamic estate in the Côtes de Bourg appellation on Bordeaux's Right Bank. The wine blends 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Malbec from 50-year-old vines grown on gravel and clay terroir. The Hubert family, who acquired the 38-hectare vineyard estate in 1997, practices Demeter-certified biodynamic farming. Native fermentation occurs in concrete tanks, followed by aging in wooden vessels before bottling without fining or filtration.
