Crafted by winemaker Athénaïs de Béru, this cuvée is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes cultivated through biodynamic practices. This cuvée is a blend of grapes from various parcels on the Béru hill, characterized by high altitude and a northern position within the Chablis vineyards. The vineyards are planted on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, rich in marine fossils, which impart a distinctive minerality to the wine.
