Domini del Leone Prosecco Col Fondo NV is a naturally sparkling wine made from 100% Glera grapes grown in the Veneto region of Italy. The vineyards are situated near the Venetian Lagoon, benefiting from Alpine-glacial soils rich in minerals. Certified organic and biodynamic, the grapes undergo primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks using native yeasts. The wine is then bottled with residual sugars and lees to initiate a secondary fermentation, resulting in a gentle effervescence of approximately 2.5 bars. Unfined, unfiltered, and undisgorged.
