Moulin de Gassac Picpoul de Pinet is a vibrant white wine from the Languedoc region in southern France. Crafted from 100% Picpoul grapes, this wine originates from vineyards near the Mediterranean Sea, close to the oyster beds, which impart a distinctive maritime influence. The vineyards are situated on limestone and gravel soils, benefiting from higher elevations and cool sea breezes that enhance the wine's freshness. Harvested in the early morning to preserve acidity, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks and are aged on their lees for 3-5 months.
