Crafted by winemakers Davide Boldrin and Francesca Gozzo, this wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The grapes undergo skin contact for 36 hours, imparting the wine's distinctive amber hue. Spontaneous fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged on its lees to develop depth and texture, and then bottled without fining or filtration.
