Introducing the 2024 edition of Peregrine, the latest release in Found North's High Altitude Collection. This expression builds upon the foundation laid by the First Flight release, offering a refined and enhanced tasting experience. In crafting Peregrine 2024, the team aimed to enrich the mid- palate's viscosity and temper the black pepper notes on the finish. This was achieved by adjusting the finishing process, utilizing a blend of Cognac and New Wood casks in a 70:30 ratio. The result is a whisky with a denser orchard fruit on the nose and mid-palate, complemented by a robust New Oak caramel tones foundation.
