These include Gevrey-Chambertin, Chablis, and the origin for this wine, the AOC appellation of Domaine du Pavillon, which lies between Pommard and Volnay. The fruits for this wine are grown on Middle Jurassic-era clay soil, in the Premier Cru vineyard of “Les Brouillards”.
