AGING: 36 months in French oak. APPEARANCE: Medium-high intensity garnet red color, with slightly purplish hues, bright and clean. Earthy tones typical of its aging. AROMA: In the mouth, it is a wine that has a great structure, but very balanced thanks to its long aging. TASTE: Fruity and spicy, highlighting the typicality of Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of plum, blackberries, and pepper, combined with toasted hints from the barrel with aromas of caramel, vanilla, and cocoa.
