Item is new open box, probably a store return.  There's tape and labels on the exterior and some distressing of the external packaging where tape has been removed and/or labels peeled off. The contents are in MINT- condition, and included in the box is the light, power supply and base/support arm. Other documents and accessories are not guaranteed to be present. The light has been connected to the Elgato control app via WiFi to confirm that it works as it should, and to update the firmware to the latest version available at the time of testing. After which the light was returned to the factory defaults ready for pairing with your PC or phone etc. Item ships with the factory carton skinned in a poly mailer.
