It will not work in a PCIe (PCI Express) slot.  A basic test antenna is inclued - see photos. The antenna voltage is 5V.  The antenna jack is a SMB type and there's a SMB to BNC Pigtail adapter included.  The included BNC antenna is provided to help you test the card, but please note that your antenna will need to be outdoors with a full view of the sky to achieve sync reliably.
