This design represents Postpartum Depression, with approximately 15% of women and 10% of men (or non-birth parent/partner) experiencing this condition in their lifetime.  Those who experience Postpartum Depression may feel a wide range of symptoms, including physical, mental, emotional and relational challenges.  The design colors are intended to express the softness and kindness needed during this period of time, with the ranges of blue and pink indicating that it is not solely a gender-specific struggle.  For more details about the designs, check out our FAQ & Helpful Resources page.
