Lower Body Heavy Weight & Strength Training/ Muscle Building Specialty Class   🚨 All Fitness Levels Welcomed 🚨   This Lower Body Training Group Class is a Specialty Program specifically targeting women/men with specific goals to tone, or build/gain muscle weight for the LOWER BODY. In this class you will be strength training, lifting weights while learning correct posture/stances, mind muscle connection with minimal ab training and NOW INCLUDES Lower Body HIIT Training.   You will now also have access to exclusive material, recommendations, programs, offers and give aways based upon efforts and engagements throughout training timeframe.   6pm Specialty Program - Train up to 4 days a week (Mon - Thurs)  There are 3 types of monthly packages and what they include: 📌 DROP - IN: One 30min session  📌 SILVER PACKAGE - Two 45min training days a week (either Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs) - $111 📌 GOLD PACKAGE - Three 60min training days a week (you choose your 3 days between Mon - Thurs) - $222
