Left 21 days on the skins. 100% barrel fermented ~ Aged for 20 months in 75% new French Oak.  The alcohol content is 14.1% Mr. Hoefliger’s Tasting Notes: Color: Shiny and brilliant dark cherry with touches of mahogany and amber on the rim.On the Nose: Truffle salt, rosemary, tarragon, dark chocolate, soap, red cherry, black currant and violet.On the Palate: Silky but structured entrance evolving on a fresh mid-palate with touches of lilac, apple, red currant, Mirabelle plum, lingering tannins and peaches.
