This service is for those athletes that have already had a nutrition consultation with us and/or those who have a good understanding of The Core Diet.  This service is for those athletes that just want to be told exactly what to eat each day! A detailed questionnaire is provided upon first purchase to help understand your present nutrition and body composition goals.   PDF delivery of daily menus each week including exactly what you should eat each day. Menus incorporate workouts, workout fuels, training stress impact on caloric expenditure, and body composition goals. Each daily menu includes the food items you should eat, the times you should eat them, and the macronutriant profiles for each food item with totals for the day. Weekly email check-in to insure objectives are being met. You can purchase weeks as you go or save by signing up for weekly recurring plans (minimum 4 week commitment)
