Stump House with Red Mushrooms & Wood Beastie

This soft sculpture is a playset made for gentle, imaginative play - or as a decor piece. The hollow stump is made from scraps of thick wool felt leftover from a local bag designer. The moss is made from thrifted sweaters. The stump is attached to a thick wool felt base, and stepping stones lead to a round hobbit door which opens. The stump features unique patterns of tree bark & tree ring stitching. A branch with two leaves grows from the side, and there is a round porthole window. Two red spotted mushrooms sprout up by the door, and wool felt grass blades grow along the side. It comes with a tiny plush Wood Beastie resident made from wool/wool blend felts. They have bark stitching, wide leaf ears, and a hand embroidered face. The stump is about 4.5" tall, and the base is 6" wide.
