Hudson Valley Working Balm (Lavender)

Our working balm was formulated for hands that work hard. Our lavender version is comprised simply of local grass-fed and grass-finished beef tallow, local cold-pressed sunflower oil, and locally-grown lavender essential oil. It is a balanced balm that is easily absorbed into the skin.  Our IngredientsWe work directly with family farms to source our ingredients. We render the tallow in-house from cattle raised by Gulden Farm and Hover Farms, both in Germantown, NY, and the sunflower seed oil is grown and manufactured by Hudson Valley Cold-Pressed Oils in Pleasant Valley, NY. The lavender is grown and distilled into essential oil by Northwind Lavender Farm in Pawling, New York. Tallow is high in oleic acid, which is prized for treating dry and aging skin because it replenishes moisture while limiting water loss.
