Descriptions: Reiki Level 1: Join us for this Reiki Level 1 Class taught by Cybele Shana Lerman, Energy Medicine Practitioner and Reiki Master/Teacher. Class size will be limited so register early! In this class you will learn about: the History of this Japanese healing modality about traditional meditations to clear your mind, body and spirit how to practice Reiki on yourself how to practice a session on a friend or family member practicing Reiki on plants, animals, children, elders and much more!
